Spiritual Direction

Spiritual Direction

Spiritual direction is a process of accompanying people on a spiritual journey, helping them to reverence their sacred story. The purpose of direction emphasizes growing closer to God. It is not psychotherapy, counseling or life planning. Spiritual direction is specific to your spiritual journey and encourages you to explore the movement of God within your life.

Several of our spiritual directors are also experienced group facilitation and are available to facilitate group meetings or retreats.
