This third week of Advent, we reflect upon JOY. We are joyful because God is with us. Even during the darkest times, this faithful joy is present in our hearts. The baby whose birth we celebrate at Christmas is the same Jesus Christ who died for our salvation on the Cross. The same risen Christ who walks with us today.
How can we rejuvenate the joy in our hearts this holy season? May this faithful joy help us endure our hardships, and give us courage to show compassion and mercy to others.
