Join the Sisters in service to local families in need this winter. From January 29- February 4, we are collecting nonperishable food items for St. Winifred's Food Pantry. Food will be collected at the Sisters' Motherhouse reception area. For more information, please call (412) 885-7232.
This food drive is a collaborative ministry with 16 other women religious orders in western Pennsylvania commemorating World Day for Consecrated Life on Sunday, February 5. This day is a day set aside by the Catholic Church to witness to and offer prayers of thanksgiving for women and men in religious life.
During this week, we will also be giving out black and white ribbons in support of religious life along with a special prayer bookmark that can also be found HERE. If you would like a ribbon to wear in support of religious life, please e-mail rgallentine@osfprov.org or call (412) 885-7232.
If you hear bells tolling at noon on Sunday, February 5, that is local religious communities and parishes honoring World Day for Consecrated Life and witnessing to the service and works women and men do for the sake of the gospel.

2011-2012 SOUP TAKE OUT DATES
The Sisters are selling Homemade Soup Take Out every month from September - May. All proceeds benefit the Sisters' ministries and outreach efforts.
