Join women of all ages and backgrounds for this morning retreat that will allow you to take time to focus more clearly, breathe more deeply and live more mindfully. Guest speakers are Sister Janet Gardner, OSF and Monique DeMonaco, founder of Evolutionary Shift and Certified Emotional Intelligence Life Coach.
Discussion topics will include:
• Have you ever thought of the wonderful possibilities you are giving up by not letting go?
• Since when did no become a bad word?
• When have you had to let go to risk growth?
About the guest speakers:
Monique DeMonaco, Founder of Evolutionary Shift is a Certified Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Life Coach. She offers training that will enhance your life and provide success for your personal and career goals by providing guaranteed support, practical life skills and techniques that will empower you to make better decisions, resolve problems, reduce stress and achieve a positive, joyful life balance. Monique designed her company to help men and women deal with what life throws and them, which includes knowing when to let go and say no!
Sister Janet Gardner, a member of the Sisters of St. Francis of the Providence of God, comes to Pittsburgh from Colorado by way of New York City. She is a licensed social worker and therapist who has ministered in education, administration, pastoral and social services in both the United States and Brazil. She shares with us her experience of letting go and holding on. When have you had to hold on to risk growth? To hold on in order to maintain integrity?
